ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, PARKS & AMENITIES – FIXED TERM FOR TWO YEARS WITH POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION AND OR MADE PERMANENT.  1x FT, 1x PT (20 HOURS PER WEEK).

SALARY:  Scale 5, NJC Spinal Column Points 12-17, £22,183 – £24,491 (plus 19.5% employer contribution which represents a total financial package of £26,509 – £29,267 per annum)

KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

As a member of the Parks & Amenities team the post holder will be required to:

  • Provide and develop a high quality administrative Service to the Council in support of the corporate and departmental plan.
  • To operate in a dynamic and changing environment, inputting to creative solutions to Parks & Amenities issues and challenges, and provide professional advice on innovative administrative solutions.
