Salary: £9.56 p/h
Hours: 20 Hours per week
Shift Times: 12noon-4pm, Monday – Friday
Holidays: 20 Annual days & 9 Statutory days – Pro Rata Bryson Recycling recognises 9 statutory days, and will guarantee that at least 5 will be given. Probationary Period: 3 months
Notice: 4 weeks.

Job Purpose:

Provide a range of administrative support duties to ensure smooth functioning of the Business Service department.

Essential Criteria:

5 GCSE (Maths & English) or equivalent
2 years’ experience of working in an office environment
Experience of handling customer queries & complaints
Experience of using standard software Packages e.g. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel & Word
Experience of updating & maintaining spreadsheets and Databases.
Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
Excellent Customer service skills
Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to demonstrate basic numeracy skills
Ability to work within a team to deadlines & prioritise workload effectively
Ability to meet strict deadlines & prioritise workload effectively
