The Assistant VP for Teaching & Learning will provide leadership and strategic direction for the College in all aspects of curriculum planning, development, delivery and performance, working collaboratively with the College Senior Leadership and Senior Management teams. The post holder will take primary responsibility for operational management of curriculum, driving a culture of ambition and high performance through three academic departments to deliver a high-quality learner experience, aligned to the College’s vision, values and strategic objectives 
The Assistant VP for Teaching & Learning will be responsible for the efficient and economic management of a Directorate budget in excess of £21 million and circa 470 academic staff in provision of curriculum through three academic Departments across a 6-campus delivery model whilst transitioning to a 4-campus model in 2024/25.
