ROLE: Breakfast Cook, Glanbia, Magheralin
We currently have an opportunity for a Breakfast Cook to join our team at Glanbia, Magheralin.
As the Breakfast Cook, you will carry out all general cooking requirements as required and maintain the standards of the catering offering. You will be flexible, hard-working, excel in customer service and have passion for the role that you do.
The core hours of work for the successful candidate are Saturday and Sunday 7am to 11am.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
Preparing and cooking nutritious, interesting and fresh food.
Comply with company food safety policies and legislation.
Comply with all HACCP procedures.
Assist the Chef Manager in placing food orders and manage affective stock movement.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness at all times.
The ideal candidate will have:
Level 2 CIEH in food hygiene.
Experience working in a similar role
Experience working to HACCP policies and documentation
Flexible and adaptable approach
Good communication skills – written and verbal
The ability to demonstrate great team work skills
Cash handling experience
8 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday)
£9.50 per hour
On site parking
