Reporting directly to the Business Improvement Manager and working collaboratively with the Leadership team and all other parts of the business, you will hold a key role within the company, ensuring that the Business is constantly evolving and improving to deliver a world class product and service to our Customers.
This position is based across our Northern Ireland sites but may require some travel given the global profile of our work.
You will act in a pivotal role within the company using your expertise to deliver transformational programmes and ensure that CDE consistently delivers to the Customer’s needs and expectations, ultimately driving successful growth of the Business. You will be influencing and collaborating with a range of stakeholders, recommending process improvements and using agile Business Improvement techniques to problem solve and implement strategic business solutions. You will become a trusted advisor to all levels of the organisation and manage change initiatives successfully ensuring employees remain empowered.
