Clinical Reporting Officer

We require a highly motivated and enthusiastic Reporting Officer to join an innovative international company in a growing industry that can provide career security and genuine advaancement opportunities for those who show potential.

This position will be based within our Laboratory in Randox Science Park, Co. Antrim.

Job Duties:

•    Reporting and release of external clinical and molecular customer results generated at various Randox laboratories including Randox Science Park, Holywood, Liverpool and London
•    Reporting and release of standard Randox Clinical internal results generated from the various Randox laboratories.
•    Analyse and interpret data generated from validation of clinical assays generated at multiple Randox laboratories 
•    Compilation of the Fit for Purpose Assessments reports in line with ISO17025 and CAP Accreditation on a number of instruments. 
•    Attending review meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes for all laboratory sites.  
•    Ability to plan and organise work effectively to achieve agreed objectives to meet all section KPI's

The successful applicants must meet the following criteria:
Essential Skills:

•    Qualified to at least degree standard with a 2:1 grade or above in the following: Biomedical Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry Immunology or a Life Science
•    Highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure
•    Excellent organisational and communication skills
•    Ability to interpret, analyse and summarise information accurately
•    Excellent numerical skills
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Knowledge in a variety of IT packages: Microsoft Office (including Excel to produce reports, records etc)
Desired Skills:

•    Experience in Clinical Reporting
•    Experience in Quality Management Systems i.e. ISO9001/ISO17025/ISO15189
•    Experience in a clinical diagnostics laboratory
