The CSA is a customer facing role, responsible for building relationships with customer technical and business stakeholders, developing requirements, strategizing, scoping, and overseeing work. The CSA works closely with account managers and will provide Azure related technical presales. Post-sales, the CSA will act as the subject matter expert providing technical guidance and oversight, ensuring the quality and integrity of the proposed solution during delivery. The CSA will be aligned to CANCOM strategic accounts to drive the technical cloud solutions for these customers. When projects are approved by the customer, the CSA is actively involved in supervising the project delivery for major accounts, acting in a lead and advisory role to other project team members. Hands on delivery may be required from time to time but is by exception. The CSA will work strategically with the wider presales team with the ultimate aim of generating and increasing recurring Azure-based revenue. This will also include identifying market opportunities and working with strategy and architecture to form new products and services.
