The Ulster Scots Investment Committee (the ‘Committee’) chaired by a Northern Ireland Screen Board Member makes funding decisions on a quarterly basis and is seeking to recruit an Investment Committee Member. We are seeking to recruit Member(s) and would welcome individuals who can demosntrate the relevant experience.
Candidates will be expected to demonstrate in their application form and, if shortlisted, at interview, the extent to which they are able to satisfy the following essential criteria:
Evidence knowledge of production and/or broadcasting;
Demonstration of an interest in and/or links to Ulster Scots, heritage and/or culture;
Evidence of a willingness to promote the work of the Fund and the decisions of the Committee.
It will also be advantageous to candidates if they can demonstrate in their application form and, if shortlisted, at interview, the extent to which they are able to satisfy the following desirable criteria:
Graduate or postgraduate qualification/s in a relevant field
Current or previous membership of a board or committee
In addition, all candidates will be expected to show evidence of being able to work with other committee members to secure the highest standards of service for the public and make the time commitment necessary to fulfil their role as a committee member.
