Customer Engagement Crew
This position plays a pivotal role within our Visitor Attraction team and is a key touchpoint for customer engagement across the business. With responsibility for managing customer requests, queries, complaints and comments face-to-face, telephone and digitally, this role will always deliver an excellent standard of professionalism and customer service.
Supported by the wider team this role will include interacting with our Guests Face-to-Face on our Ticketing Desks, via the telephone, email and webchat using the ZenDesk platform and liaising with Tour Operators / Ad-Hoc Groups visiting Titanic Belfast. The role will operate on rotation basis and will focus on each of the 3 aspects outlined above as and when required.
