Are you a driven and ambitious individual who enjoys meeting and exceeding targets?

The ideal person will have/be:

  • ​​​​​​​A minimum of one years’ experience working in a premium customer service role.
  • The ability to demonstrate working towards and achieving targets.
  • The ability to overcome customer objections and resolve complaints.
  • Computer literate with a working knowledge of database systems.
  • Able to demonstrate strong communication skills and build long-term customer relationships.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • A full driving licence (for insurance purposes applicants must be aged 21 or over).

And if possible (but not essential) have:

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a similar role within the Motor Industry.
    A knowledge of Keyloop / CDK / Auto line / Kerridge
    A strong knowledge of Modern Motor Vehicle Technology.
