Customer Service Advisor
Do you thrive on giving customers the best possible experience?
Are you a driven and ambitious individual who enjoys meeting and exceeding targets?
The ideal person will have/be:
- A minimum of one years’ experience working in a premium customer service role.
- The ability to demonstrate working towards and achieving targets.
- The ability to overcome customer objections and resolve complaints.
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of database systems.
- Able to demonstrate strong communication skills and build long-term customer relationships.
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- A full driving licence (for insurance purposes applicants must be aged 21 or over).
And if possible (but not essential) have:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a similar role within the Motor Industry.
A knowledge of Keyloop / CDK / Auto line / Kerridge
A strong knowledge of Modern Motor Vehicle Technology.
