About the Role…

As a Customer Service Advisor at Bavarian, you will provide outstanding service on the telephone when customers contact us directly at the dealership regarding their vehicle.

You don’t need to be an expert on car maintenance or servicing, just be passionate about delivering a great customer experience.

As part of our CRM team, our Customer Service Advisors:

  • Answer Inbound aftersales calls from customers
  • Book appointments to the workshop using our dedicated software system
  • Ensure calls are handled efficiently
  • Answer any other queries that the customer may have

After initial training, you will also make Outbound calls to customers offering tailored aftersales products and services such as Service Plans.

This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

About you…

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a customer service role
  • At least 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Ability to create dialog and possess good communication skills
  • A passion for delivering 5-star customer service
  • Enjoy working in a fast pace, challenging environment
  • Driven and ambitious to achieve financial targets


  • Call centre or call handling experience would be advantageous
