Customer Support Administrator (Office Based)

Denman is a global leader in haircare manufacturing and distribution, specialising in hairbrushes and styling tools. For nearly 80 years we have helped stylists, barbers, and consumers to create styles that have transformed the industry. Through expansion we are looking for a dynamic individual who will help us drive the business further.
MAIN PURPOSE OF POST
Joining the Denman Inc Team in Burlington, the successful candidate’s primary duty will be to support our customers from around the world on a variety of digital platforms, delivering great customer service and helping customers to achieve hair brilliance.
In addition, they will provide administrative support to the wider marketing and sales teams, including (but not limited to) preparing sample packs, documenting meeting notes & actions on the CRM, supporting sales order processing and logistics administration.
This role provides exposure to many areas of Denman Inc, in both business to business and direct to consumer environments and would be an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, hard-working individual.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct to consumer customer service, including traditional and digital methods, for example, via live chat, email and on our social media platforms.
Monitoring and responding to consumer reviews on a variety of direct-to-consumer marketplaces including Amazon.com.
Answering the telephone, processing orders, taking payments, and resolving customer issues
Processing/inspecting product returns and issuing refunds or dispatching replacements
Maintaining and updating key business account information on the CRM and ERP (for example client records, meeting notes, follow-up actions and so on)
Preparing and shipping samples packs & marketing material
Providing support for B2B sales order processing and logistics planning
Working closely with other departments to deliver strong results
General office and administrative duties
Previous Customer Service / Sales Support experience in a digital environment essential with a proven track record for delivering customer service excellence.
IT literate including Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word and Power Point), and experience using a customer service system or CRMs would be an advantage
