The post-holder will be required to assist the Senior HR Business Partner and HR Services Manager with the provision of an employee relations advisory and support service including but not limited to grievance, discipline, absence and performance.
In addition, the postholder will also assist in ensuring compliance with all aspects of SERC HR services and assist in system development for the department with ITS.
