The Role

The role of the Engineering Projects Project Coordinator is to assist Engineering Project Managers on strategic projects and manage small scale projects independently, from initiation through completion with the outcome resulting in on-time/on-budget delivery according to specifications. The role will also involve supporting the Department Senior Managers in preparing for meetings and departmental metrics.

Essential Criteria

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) qualification in Engineering

Equivalent previous experience working in at least 1 of the following:

  • Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technical role
  • Project Management role within Pharmaceutical environment

Management and co-ordination of small-scale technical projects

Practical experience of Pharmaceutical equipment and processes

Desirable Criteria

(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)

Project Management Certification  

Experience in working as part of a team in a GMP or regulated environment.

Experience in requiring direct interactions and communication with project stakeholders
