The Role
Working as part of the Global Quality team, within the Pharma Services Business unit, the Global Quality Coordinator will be responsible for document and record management (both paper based and within the TrackWise system).
The post holder will also provide support to the ongoing projects being managed by the Global Quality Team, as well as planning, supporting, and hosting various meetings to ensure the efficient and effective working of the Global Quality Group.

Essential Criteria

  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including English Language and Maths
  • Demonstrable experience in day to day organisation/coordination of workload
  • Experience in co-ordinating and liaising with various departments within an Organisation.

Desirable Criteria
(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)

  • Experience working within an established Quality System (e.g. GMP, ISO)
  • Experience of working with an Electronic Quality System
