The Role

Working as part of the Pharma Services Business at our Craigavon headquarters, the post holder will be instrumental in the development and implementation of quality systems.
Global Quality Systems Specialists work closely with all global sites to gather system requirements to aid the development of electronic quality systems and work closely with Almac IS and/or external parties to assist in the generation of system specifications.

As part of a busy team within a rapidly growing organisation, operating within a challenging industry you will benefit from the numerous personal and professional developmental opportunities available throughout the Almac group.

Essential Criteria

  • Degree (or equivalent) in a Life Science or closely related field
  • Significant experience working within an established Quality System (e.g. GMP, ISO)
  • A working knowledge of the regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical quality systems.
  • Sound understanding of Pharmaceutical Quality System processes.
  • Sound understanding of regulations governing computer systems and control.

Desirable Criteria

(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)

  • Previous experience in writing and producing detailed reports
  • Experience in the manufacture and / or packaging of solid oral dosage products
  • Experience in CSV including writing, reviewing and executing computer validation documentation.
