We currently have an opportunity for a Group Manager to join our teams at  Moy Park based in Dungannon & Craigavon.

The Moy Park outlets include The Kitchen Café, Vending, Cleaning and hospitality. The service provided reflects the daily requirement of the staff and guests of each site.
We are looking for a passionate and creative person, who has a positive approach to their work. Having a good understanding of the needs and wants of multi-cultural customers is a must, and a real focus on enriching their daily work life.
As the Group Manager you will be hard working and have a great passion for quality food. You will take great care in your work, have the ability to fulfil the role and have a strong work ethic to help this business grow.
The successful candidate will have experience managing multiple sites with full financial responsibility, strong knowledge of contract catering, having a good understanding of budgets, forecasting and delivering on targets. You will be a strong, confident manager, who has previous experience of working closely with several senior clients, building excellent relationships and meeting their needs effectively.

Key duties and responsibilities:
Ambitious and commercially aware Manager with the presence and personality to influence the day to day business
Maximise the performance of your team, leading by example and setting high standards at all times
Continually looking at ways to help drive the sales on site but remaining within the set brief
Ensure high standards at all times
Have a 'hands on' approach
Building excellent stakeholder relationships
Deliver company operations strategy
Exceed KPI targets

The ideal candidate:
Must have proven at least 2 years multi-site management experience, ideally within the hospitality environment.
Sound knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene, Health & Safety
Standards and quality driven management style
Sales driven and can think outside the box
Eye for detail
Understanding of quality management systems
Previous people management experience
Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
Interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills
Financial and commercial acumen
Computer literate
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is a pre – requisite for this role.
A 'Can do' attitude
Hours of work: Full time equivalent, to suit the needs of the business.
Location: Various Moy Park Locations – will be required to travel to different locations as required by the business.
Rate of pay: Negotiable depending on experience
