The post holder will provide HR Busines Partner support to the business and will operate as an internal HR consultant with responsibility for the provision of professional HR advice within an allocated business unit of the College.
As an integral member of the HRBP team, support the business in the development and deployment of their people plans to support the achievement of the Colleges KPIs and HR Strategies.
