Robinson Services Ltd are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified, experienced individuals for the role of Human Resource Director. Robinson Services Ltd is a large, renowned provider of business services to hundreds of clients across the UK and Ireland. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for the leadership, direction and delivery of our people strategies and HR transactional processes across all of the group businesses.

By way of experience, it is essential that you have held a senior, strategic HR level post in a profit margin-critical organisation, including responsibility for more than one employment jurisdiction and for managing a HR team. Demonstrating a commercial approach and having supported large scale cultural changes to deliver business growth, including a working knowledge of TUPE legislation, you will be a trusted, credible advisor up to and including Board level. You will have an excellent working knowledge of NI, UK and RoI employment law.
You will hold a degree level in a business-related subject (one which includes elements of management; leadership or employment law).
Your skills will include HR data analysis to inform future strategy; commercial understanding; exceptional organisation and management of multiple priorities and confident, articulate communication.
Experience in a similar service-delivery organisation is desirable, as is Chartered Membership of the CIPD (MCIPD) and a coaching qualification.
