We are now recruiting for an Incident Manager to join our team based from our office in St Ives. Working as part of an established team reporting to the ITSM Team Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure incidents are effectively managed through the incident management process from evaluation to resolution ensuring operations are restored as swiftly as possible with the least impact on the business, customer and end-user. The ideal candidate will already have experience of working as an Incident Manager, a proven record of managing incidents through to resolution, an excellent understanding of service management principles and be able to effectively communicate to key stakeholders.
