Kitchen Assistant/Porter

The Mount Charles Group are expanding our team at Belfast International Airport and we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant/Porter to join our growing team 

Working Pattern:

• 35 hours per week
• ​​​​​​​Shifts as per rota

The Role:

• To assist as directed with all aspects of preparation and presentation to the Company's standards
• To undertake all aspects in cleaning equipment to the Company's standard and ensuring the standards in the kitchen are first class
• Asisst the chef in all aspects of food preparation and any food related tasks
• Check deliveries and temperatures on delivery, also record food temperatures during service temperatures
• To attend/receive any job-related training as required.

The Person:

• Good communications skills
• High levels of personal hygiene and appearance
