Kitchen Assistant, with basic cooking duties, Term Time
We currently have an opportunity for a Kitchen Assistant, with basic cooking duties to join our team at CAFRE Enniskillen.
As the Kitchen Assistant, you will carry out all general cooking requirements, assist the cook/manager as required and maintain the standards of the catering offering. You will be flexible, hard-working, excel in customer service and have a passion for the role that you do.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Cook in preparing and cooking nutritious, interesting and fresh food.
Comply with company food safety policies and legislation.
Comply with HACCP procedures.
Assist Chef in placing food orders and manage affective stock movement.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness at all times.
Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2
Experience working in a similar role.
Experience working to HACCP policies and documentation
Flexible and adaptable approach.
Excellent all-round catering ability.
Rate of pay: £10 per hour
Hours of Work: Mon – Thursday 10 am – 6.30pm, 32 hours per week, Term Time.
Successful applicants will be subject to the relevant security clearance required for this role.
