The Company

Almac Diagnostic Services is a leading stratified medicine business, specialising in biomarker-driven clinical trials.  We are incredibly proud to be involved in multiple oncology and immunology trials, which contribute to treatments for breast and ovarian cancer, lung cancer, and more.  We focus on the discovery, development, and commercialisation of companion diagnostic tests, and on biomarker clinical trial management and clinical test delivery from our CLIA-accredited laboratories. 

The role

The Diagnostics Core Laboratory Team delivers projects involving discovery, development, and delivery of clinical tests. These can be either customer projects or as part of the Almac Diagnostics internal pipeline.  The Laboratory Administrator will perform administration tasks to support the daily efficient running of the Almac Diagnostics Laboratories.

Essential Criteria

  • GCSE Grades A-C in Maths and English (or equivalent level qualification)
  • Administrative experience to include the use of Microsoft packages

Desirable Criteria
(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)

  • 2 A Levels Grades A-E (or equivalent level qualifications)
  • Previous experience within a Quality Control/Quality Assurance environment
