The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks within a busy training department. He/she will be expected to organise external training courses, co-ordinate attendance and make any necessary arrangements for internal training.  The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that data management systems are maintained by updating training spreadsheets and system information as well as supporting the administrative requirements of the Company Induction Programme.

Essential Criteria

GCSE English Language, Maths & ICT at Grade C or above (or equivalent)

Experience in an administration role in a busy office environment

Experience in collating information and compiling reports

Experience of dealing with both internal and external customers using a variety of communication media to include telephone, MS Teams and email

Experience organising large company activities, e.g.- lectures, briefings & training sessions

Desirable Criteria

A Level qualification (or equivalent)

Experience within a training department

Experience of processing grant claims
