An exciting new role has become available within Thompson Aero Seating. We are hiring a Logistics Administrator to join us on a 1 year fixed term contract. This new opportunity involves preparing the company for a range of changes and challenges, collaborating with TAS logistics and internal/external to promote effective goods movement and storage.
Our products are unique and bespoke to each customer, join our specialist Logistics team and be part of the best of advanced manufacturing in Northern Ireland, as we work towards our goal of being number one globally.
The successful candidate’s main duties will involve:
- Collection and filing of Proof of delivery
- Collation, filing and archiving of Logistics paperwork
- Daily validation and update of Import Log
- Weekly Stock reconciliation
- Freight invoice tally and PO closure/resolution
- Monthly MSS report tally

The ideal candidate will have at least one year’s previous experience within an administrative role, excellent verbal and written communication skills and MS Office experience to include Outlook and Excel. The successful candidate will also be dynamic and self-driven, with a positive “can do” attitude and willing to work hours necessary to ensure company goals are achieved.
