Manufacturing Administrator (20/MATO)
Randox has an exciting opportunity for a hardworking individual with great attention to detail to join our team at Randox Teoranta, County Donegal. The successful candidate will update and maintain Administration systems within the Instrument Manufacturing Department and provide support for both the Engineering Stores and the Manufacturing departments.
The Role:
To assist in the smooth and efficient administration of the Instrument Manufacturing Department.
Creation and maintenance of DHR folders and electronic records for the Instrument Manufacturing Dept.
Maintain QPulse records for the Instrument Manufacturing Dept.
Assist with Stores and Instrument Manufacturing Dept functions and activities.
Maintain Manufacturing Log reports for the recording of instrument manufacturing times.
Assist in preparation of Instrument Manufacturing Dept Audits.
Identify shortage of raw materials and follow up Overdue Orders for the Instrument Manufacturing Dept.
Creation of NCR’s (Non-Conformance Reports) for the Instrument Manufacturing Dept.
The Candidate:
Possess relevant experience in a similar role.
Be proficient in the use of the full suite of Microsoft Office.
Be flexible and dependable to carry out various activites and functions
Office & IT administration experience.
Be fully computer literate.
Posses excellent organizational skills and the ability to priorities tasks to achieve maximum efficiency.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
