THE POST:                    

Child and Parent Support (CAPS) seeks to support families to improve the chances of positive outcomes for families and young people in need.

CAPS is an Early Intervention Family Support Project to support children aged 8-13 years (and their families) who are:
Deemed vulnerable to poor outcomes in terms of the eight parameters of wellbeing set out in the Children’s Services Cooperation Act and draft Children’s Strategy 2017-2027

Are experiencing difficulty in the education system, at home or in the community
