Office Administrator – Part Time
We are now recruiting for a part time Office Administrator to be responsible for maintaining the smooth and efficient running of the St Ives office. You will work independently to provide a high quality, effective and efficient administration service across all areas of work. The ideal candidate will have previous front of house experience gained within a corporate environment, have a professional and approachable manner along with a natural flair for providing first class customer service.
Key Responsibilities: • Welcome employees and visitors into the building; • Be the main point of contact for any office related queries; • Support the on-boarding of new employees by providing them with an office tour; • Manage the hot desk booking system; • Ensuring stationary, kitchen supplies and other consumable stock levels are maintained at all times; • Sort and distribute all incoming post and deliveries; • Manage office suppliers on a day-to-day basis ensuring that contracts and insurance documentation are up to date; • Ensure scheduled maintenance tasks are completed on time; • Health and Safety administration including Fire Safety and First Aid requirements; • Support the office with general administrative tasks;
