The Role
The On The Job Trainer creates tailored training and educational material and delivers training to the BSA department including; SOP training, on-the-job training and training in new systems or procedures. In addition, this role will function as The Lead Investigator and is responsible for conducting and documenting investigations to ascertain the root cause of a deviation or complaint and compile information necessary to monitor department quality.

Essential Criteria

  • Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK
  • Third level qualification
  • Industry experience within a Pharmaceutical GXP environment

Desirable Criteria
(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)

  • Experience preparing and delivering training
  • Experience within a role involving incident investigation, data analysis and narrative report compilation
  • Experience with technical writing
