Essential:

• Experience of analysing and controlling KPI’s and budgets.
• Proven track record in motivating and leading a team to achieve results.
• Good understanding of modern motor vehicle technology.
• Good communication, organisation and coaching skills

Desirable:

• ​​​​​​​Experience of a Franchised Retailer
• Working knowledge of computer packages (MS Office & Kerridge would be an advantage).
