PRISONS RESETTLEMENT WORKER
Full Time, Permanent
MACS Floating Support services provide a range of interventions to assist young people aged 16 – 25 to access/maintain accommodation in the community. In this role you will also support young people that are leaving the prison service, to prevent repeat homelessness and reoffending of young people leaving prison through an intensive floating support model which addresses their complex needs and encompasses a coordinated and holistic approach to resettlement.

Hours of Employment: Full Time: 37.5 hours per week – Working Hours may include evenings, weekends and bank holidays and may change to reflect the needs of the young people.
Salary: £23,100 per annum & pension at 4% of salary
