Working as part of the Production Packaging team based in our Dundalk campus, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and controlling the activities of the Packaging teams to ensure the highest levels of Client Service are achieved. All operations should deliver schedule adherence, whilst operating the lowest unit cost (within budgetary constraints) and observe all Company Safety, Quality, HR and other policies and procedures within Pharma Services.
As part of a busy team within a rapidly growing organisation, operating within a challenging industry you will benefit from the numerous personal and professional developmental opportunities available throughout the Almac group.
- Degree qualification (or equivalent) OR Significant experience in similar role may be considered in lieu of academic requirements
- Experience in a supervisory role within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment
(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)
- Degree within Biochemistry; chemistry; microbiology, pharmacy or engineering
- Previous experience within a Team Leader role (to include the supervision of personnel and the allocation of work)
- Previous experience of working with temperature-controlled products and environments
- Shift Pattern – 0600-1400 and 1400-2200 alternating weekly.
