JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to a Senior Principal Officer within HSCU, the Project Manager leads and supervises the Sustaining Tenancies Funding Programme. This Funding Programme is a 30 month fixed term programme with an overall budget responsibility of approx. £1.5m

REQUIREMENTS:   
Applicants must
(i) Possess a degree level qualification or equivalent professional qualification; or

(ii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning and at least 4 years working within a housing function
