The Role
We are excited to offer opportunities for Project Distribution and Production Leads in our Project Services Department. The principle function of this department in Almac Clinical Services is the day-to-day management of all our global customers. 

As a Project Lead for either Production or Distribution, you will work as part of a global Project team to gain an understanding of the specific operational requirements of each Customer study you are assigned to and to incorporate that Customer knowledge into the relevant internal Almac activities. 

You will be responsible for ensuring successful completion of all tasks associated with the set-up, ongoing maintenance and close-out of either Production or Distribution activities linked to the timely delivery of clinical trial supplies to patients.

Many people make the assumption that you need to be a ‘Scientist’ to work for Almac, we want to reassure you that’s not true.  Our Project team members have a wide range of backgrounds, e.g: IT, Engineering, Government Services, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and Retail to name a few.  We focus on recruiting the right people with the right skill sets into the Project Lead role and provide them with the pharmaceutical knowledge on the job to succeed.

Essential Criteria
To apply for this position, you should hold a Bachelors Degree (or equivalent), preferably in a Life Science, Engineering or Business Management related discipline.  You should also have proven experience of working on your own initiative, excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be detail orientated.
