The Proposal Development Co-ordinator will report to the Proposal Development Team Lead and their role is to support the Business Development team by providing office based resource to assist with management of accounts and ensuring continuity of service to clients.
The main objective of the position is to generate site specific and global technical proposals and to manage the client’s requirements throughout the quote generation process. This enables the external Business Development team to concentrate on other business development activities.

- Degree (or equivalent) in a Life Science/ business related discipline OR Degree (or equivalent) and significant experience in the Pharmaceutical or Clinical Services Industry
- Experience in a sales support role
- Proven ability in building and maintaining customer relationships

- Experience of direct contact with clients by telephone and face-face meetings
- Experience of working with financial tools/forecasting systems and Oracle based systems
