Circet UK are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to provide support to our busy office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and the list of receptionist duties includes, but is certainly not limited to:
- Greeting visitors and staff members in a positive and friendly manner.
- Announcing clients as and when necessary.
- Maintaining company security by issuing, checking and collecting work IDs, and/or updating visitor logs.
- Ensuring meetings are booked when applicable.
- Answering the phone promptly and responding to emails.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Helping colleagues to complete administration tasks.
- Filing / Record keeping.
- Booking Accommodation and flights
Experience and knowledge required:
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, predominantly MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Establish good working relationships with colleagues.
- Have integrity and humility in all aspects of work.
- Possess time management skills and be friendly and upbeat attitude.
