The purpose of the role is to take ownership and accountability for the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention for all employees across the Mount Charles Group.
In addition to operational management of high volume and fast paced recruitment, you will lead Companywide staffing initiatives, tackling complex problems that affect our sites, working to resolve them with innovative solutions. This role presents a genuine opportunity to take ownership and be accountable for the employee lifecycle from recruitment to retention of our colleagues.
