Sales Executive – Siberia (2II/LRSB)

Randox has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, target driven individual to join our growing sales team. Based in Siberia.

The role will involve the sale and promotion of the Randox product portfolio and increasing the overall brand awareness of Randox throughout Russia. As a Sales Executive, you will visit existing and new customers on a regular basis to develop and renew relationships and extend our client’s target area, focusing on promoting our products and increasing sales.

The Role: 

•    The development of our business interests in a hugely diverse sales territory, in line with targets tied to the corporate growth plan. 
•    Manage distributors in the territory and push for sales growth.
•    Managing key relations with our current customer base. 
•    Conducting regular customer visits to increase sales.
•    Conducting educational seminars on a regular basis and increasing customer engagement.
•    Building up in-depth knowledge of Randox and competitor products, notably QC products.
•    Identifying new markets and developing customer relations in areas where we are currently unrepresented. 
•    Handling customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
•    Attending conferences and assisting in the organisation of Randox led Roadshows.

The Candidate:

The Must Haves:

•    Qualified to Bachelor level in a life science or business-related discipline.
•    Fluency in English and Russian.
•    Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers. 
•    Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with high-level business partners.
•    Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
•    Ability to work to strict timeframes and deadlines.
•    Willingness to travel extensively and internationally.
•    Possess a full driving license.

Desirable:

•    Previous experience in a similar (sales, customer oriented) role would be beneficial.
