To coordinate the progression of bespoke requests (BR) received from the client (CUH) through the bespoke request life cycle process and through to delivery and AiS. Working with the BR Solution Architect in triaging incoming BR’s; establishing the customer’s requirements & expectations; working with Telefónica Tech support teams to develop services, changes and solutions that can be costed, documented, delivered and managed under the contract. Owning the delivery of services from when a PO lands in, through to delivery and AiS. Documenting all changes and bringing the scope of the newly defined solution and service through CAB / change and owning onwards technical hands-on delivery of the solution to the customer, and the service. Working with 3rd parties to understand obscure requirements and turning these into a solution that can be delivered under the contract framework. Defining and agreeing scope, preparing quotes & delivery plans and liaising & engaging with CUH to gain approval and acceptance. Hands-on build of technical services and servers, creation of network route and firewall proformas, liaising with diverse technical teams to deliver solutions. Service integration into a large critical enterprise managed service.
