  • To deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and retention to ensure the company profit plan is achieved.
  • To deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner ensuring every opportunity is taken to maximise sales, progress Customer satisfaction and CFL rating at all times with emphasis on First Time Fix.

About You…

Essential:

  • Minimum of 6 months previous experience in a customer facing role.
  • Can demonstrate being passionate about customer service.
  • Full Driving Licence (Aged 21+ for insurance purposes).

Desirable:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor.
  • Work experience in any capacity in the Motor Industry.
