Service Design Lead
The purpose of this key role is to take charge and ownership for ensuring that clients Transition from “build” to “run” with a clearly defined Managed Services scope. This challenging 3-dimensional role requires working closely with external clients, CTO’s Technical Towers and Managed Services Stakeholders. Each will have their own demands and expectations. Your communication and coordination skills will ensure that service outcomes are both defined and achievable. Furthermore, your engagement point will vary from presales service solution consultancy to post sale Service Design project kick off and driving Service Transition outcomes.
