Service Manager

The ideal person will have/be:

Essential:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a service based supervisory role within the motor industry
• Ability to demonstrate leadership skills
• Ability to motivate staff to achieve performance targets
• Proven Technical knowledge of modern motor vehicles
• Commercial awareness to achieve maximum sales of labour, parts and materials
• Have a full driving license
• IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft office​​​​​​​

Desirable:

• Good knowledge of Kerridge / ADP / CDK dealer management software
