JOB PURPOSE:
Staff Excellence officers are a valued part of a team responsible for providing a professional functional learning & development service to Housing Services division.  Functional training focuses on supporting staff to gain the required skills and knowledge to deliver particular services and business activities such as managing rent accounts, providing services to customers with a housing and/or homeless issue etc. You will proactively support the Team Leader in the development & delivery of training to a consistently excellent quality to optimise learning outcomes for others. You will be required to deliver training across various Housing Services functions, to staff in various locations throughout the Housing Executive

REQUIREMENTS:   
Applicants must provide evidence by the closing date for application that they meet the following essential criteria:

  • Have a degree [or a qualification of an equivalent academic level] and have a minimum of 1 year relevant* experience. OR
  • B Tech Higher [or a qualification of an equivalent academic level] and have a minimum of 2 years relevant* experience. OR
  • Exceptionally candidates not having the above level of qualification but who have 3 years relevant* experience will also be considered.
