Bryson Care requires a:

  • Team Leader- Total Support Service
  • Permanent
  • Monday – Friday, 30 hours per week
  • Office Based
  • £14.65 per hour

Job Purpose:

To assist and support the Registered Manager and Assistant Manager with the effective management and the delivery of Bryson’s Total Support Service with responsibility for the co-ordination of referrals in accordance with agreed aims and objectives, best practice principles and statutory and regulatory requirements.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 12 months paid experience of managing referrals in a domiciliary/ social care setting
  • QCF Level 2/3 Health and Social Care (or willingness to complete within 12 months of commencing in employment).
  • Knowledge of the needs of older people/ people with a disability/mental health needs
  • Flexible approach to working hours

Desirable Criteria:

  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Knowledge of referral systems and processes
