Bryson Family Services – Bangor Sure Start requires a;
Temporary Administrator
(Ref: F/TA/BA/211)
Fixed Term until 23 September 2022
20 hours per week
£9 per hour
Monday – Friday, 9 am – 1 pm

Job Purpose:

The Administrator will be responsible for the operational management of the project’s administrative systems and processes.  The post holder will liaise with all members of staff, to ensure that all administrative procedures are adhered to.

Essential Criteria:

  • NVQ Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent:
    • OCR Level 2 Certificate for IT Users
    • OCR Level 2National Certificate
    • BTEC Level 2 National Certificate
  • 2 years experience of working in an administration role
  • Experience of creating statistical reports and typing correspondence / minutes within a working environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Clear Understanding of Facebook
  • 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above including English Language and Mathematics
