About the Role…

In this role, you will participate in our own, specifically designed Agnew Group comprehensive training programme. This will be a blended mix of classroom-based modules and on the job training where you will shadow our own expert business executives.

Once your training period is successfully completed, you will profitability sell the complete range of financial products available whilst ensuring our customers are provided with the highest level of individual care and respect.

  • Ideally graduate calibre with either; a finance related degree or experience within finance / banking
  • Professional and confident at liaising at all levels
  • Able to work to targets and driven to succeed
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Computer experience essential (Kerridge would be a bonus)
  • Full driving licence
  • Aged 21+ for Insurance Purposes
