Visitor Experience Administrator
The Visitor Experience Administrator is a key role within the Visitor Attraction at Titanic Belfast. Working primarily with the Visitor Experience Team, the role will be responsible for ensuring the administration tasks to support the smooth running of the Visitor Experience team on a daily basis are carried out effectively and efficiently.
Working as an effective member of the Visitor Experience team, under the direction of the Visitor Attraction Experience Manager, the key areas of responsibility for the Visitor Experience Administrator will be managing the Daily Rotation Schedule, shift swaps, providing accurate information for payroll, supporting the Visitor Attraction Experience Manager with team communications and other general administration tasks.
