Crossroads Care NI Charitable Group are excited to introduce a new role within the community.  Wellbeing Officers are required in the following areas:

  • Belfast
  • Lisburn
  • Bangor 
  • Ards Peninsula 
  • Newtownards

A ‘Wellbeing Officer’ will provide respite care which may include sitting services, befriending and taking clients out, and encouraging socialisation.

This role will offer a flexibility in the hours of work in accordance with the business needs. Full details of working patterns will be discussed at interview.

The rate of pay for this position is £8.72 per hour Monday to Sunday. 

  • It is essential that applicants reside in the area advertised, must hold a full driving licence, valid insurance (business use) and have use of a car. 
  • Applicants must be 18 + due to working with vulnerable clients.
