Reporting to the Head of Business Excellence within HSCU, the HS Workforce Development Manager leads, co-ordinates and delivers a number of strands relating to Housing Services in the area of Workforce Development and Planning.
The Principal Officer will be responsible for the delivery of agreed objectives and projects in relation to Housing Services aspects of workforce development, leading workforce initiatives and effective planning.
Have a degree or full administrative management qualification, and can demonstrate 3 years relevant experience in criteria 2.
Candidates who do not have the required qualification, must demonstrate 5 years relevant experience in criteria 2.
