These positions are initially offered on a six month fixed term basis with the potential of permanency in due course. They are particularly keen to hear from candidates with previous contact centre or customer service experience.

This key team provide support to our growing number of customers regarding Covid-19 queries via phone and email.

The successful candidates will provide comprehensive customer service support, respond to all customer queries accurately and effectively, take the appropriate action to ensure customer expectations are fully delivered and much more.

Cleaning Operative in Progressive Building Society

Due to continued company expansion the Mount Charles Group are recruiting for a hardworking and motivated cleaning operative to work within their contract at Progressive, Lisburn.

As the cleaning operative, you will play a vital role within the cleaning team. You will have experience in a similar role and will be responsible for the general upkeep of the unit, completing daily cleaning tasks and duties whilst on shift. You will be hard working, flexible, have a good eye for detail and have a passion for the role that you do.

Key duties and responsibilities include cleaning rooms, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing and maintaining your area of work to the highest standard.
